Can I book without doing a meet and greet?

Pet sitting, dog walking and equine services (except tack cleaning) all require a meet and greet. As providing the right care for your pet is essential, which will need to be discussed before booking. For more information go to 'Meet & Greet'

Do I have to pay for the meet and greet?

No, it is completely free and there is no obligation to book with me afterwards.

 

Do you cover my area?

I cover a 12 mile radius from Bridgnorth, a 45p per mile charge is added for going out of the radius.

 

What animals do you work with?

Horses, ponies, donkeys, dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and other small animals.

 

What certificates & experience do you have?

DBS checked, pet first aid trained, insured, (I'm also currently studying equine psychology). I have been caring for animals for more than 15 years, horses, cats, dogs and much more! For more information go to 'About Me'

Do I need to put a deposit down for holiday cover?

A 50% deposit to be made 14 days before the start of the agreed service date. The remaining 50% can be made before or on the date of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Either party may cancel with 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (except for emergencies) incur a 50% fee.

How do you work out your pricing?

I like to offer fair and affordable services, while also including my time, travel, expenses and experience.

Will my dog be left off lead during walks?

I’ll need proof of good recall and written consent from owner before doing so.

What days do you offer services?

Monday-Sunday, whatever day suits your needs.

​

Do you offer over night home sitting?

Currently I do not offer this service.
